About Me
Karja Longmore’s goal has always been to inspire, teach, motivate, and empower.
She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Child Studies and her Masters Degree in Special Education at Montclair State University. She was awarded Teacher of the Year during the 2019-2020 school year because of her impact on her students during such a difficult time for the world. Her teaching experience led her to teach children of all academic levels and from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Karja is also a mentor for a popular organization that provides coaching on self-esteem, confidence, leadership skills, decision making, academic achievement, teamwork, cultural understanding, and community service. Her work has positively impacted the lives of many children and their families. Her mission and passion has allowed her to provide mentoring and coaching services for over 200 children.
Karja’s specialized focus is providing coaching to support personal growth, uncovering the root causes of limiting beliefs, and programming the mind for success.
She is a healthy brain and mindset enthusiast who researches the brain to enhance her teaching and coaching methods and for pure enjoyment. She is dedicated and goes above and beyond for her students and coaching clients. She truly believes that beliefs, thoughts, and actions can improve when the root of the issue is identified and strategies and skills are learned.
